BISHOPS’ PLENARY UNDERWAY — More than 80 bishops from across Canada attended a pontifical mass at Notre Dame de Grace in Quebec City to mark the 350th anniversary of the first parish in North America outside the Spanish colonies. The mass took place on the eve of the annual CCCB plenary Sept. 15-19 in Beaupré, Quebec. Plenary coverage will be featured in the Sept. 24 issue of the Prairie Messenger. (D. Gyapong photo)
