LIFE CHAIN IN REGINA — It was cold, windy and overcast but that did not deter supporters of pro life gathered for the annual Life Chain Sunday, Oct. 5, strung out along Albert Street, one of Regina’s busiest major arteries. Demonstrators included members of several religious denominations among the families and young people who stood for an hour along the street holding signs supporting the unborn. The use of graphic photos showing aborted children was abandoned years ago, replaced instead with printed signs. Hot Chocolate and cookies after the demonstration took away some of the cold.
